The outside of the hotel is so charming, beautiful floral display. Because we were there in Winter and it poured rain, I didn’t get to take any cute pictures. But it was well done. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Our room was ready early! The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Water temperature and pressure amazing. The staff were so help. Anything we asked for - ice, collecting a package, toilet paper, they exceeded our expectations. The breakfast spread was fantastic. And everything was tasty. Which was most important. I stayed for a medical board exam so I basically spent 48 hours in the room before the exam and it was so comfortable and I was very happy with my choice.

We drove to London and called 15 min before arrival to ask if there were parking spaces available. Alex, in reception, was super helpful and confirmed availability and explained clearly how to access parking and the process. Parking is not cheap, £40 a night, but it's convenient. Room was ready when we arrived, clean and spacious. Location is great, bus 139 direct to Trafalgar Square via Oxford Street, Regent Street and Piccadilly Circus in under 40 min during rush hour, not bad. Staff were there after midnight when we came back, helpful and with a smile.

Maria

Very cozy family room that can sleep 4 people with very reasonable price. The Maida Vale street has everything we need, from restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, all within walking distance. The basement parking is very secured, and has lift directly to the rooms floor from basement. Another plus, very close to Abbey Road Studio, for anyone fancy to take the iconic street crossing photos.

A nice comfortable hotel which allowed all four of us in a family room with two twin beds. The room was neat and the bathroom was very nice. There was room cleaning everyday which was great. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was quite good as well. This worked for our family of four.

Arjun

The cleanliness, friendliness and safety of the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and insightful, very accommodating and morning breakfast was delicious. The lobby bathroom was clean and smelled awesome.
